Payment Options

Payment through our website is processed using PayPal and we can accept most major credit cards including Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover, MasterCard and e-check when you Buy Lamination.  We also accept credit card orders by phone.  Check or money order payments should be mailed with a printed version of your order, which can be placed online and paid by mail.

We accept Purchase Orders from Government Agencies and Schools. You can place your order online and on the Payment page during checkout, select the pay by Check or Purchase Order option.  This will place your order into our system.  Then you can send your physical PO to the address above.

We can custom order many products not listed on our site.  If you are in need of a specific item, contact us to see if we can make that available to you.  We can also provide you with special pricing on larger quantity orders.  Please submit a Quote Request to request pricing and availability.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened laminating supplies and equipment or if something arrives broken.  Please contact us to start the return process and to receive an RMA.  Payment will be credited back to your card upon return of item(s). Shipping fees are nonrefundable.  If you received FREE SHIPPING on your purchase, we will refund your order minus our shipping costs. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper to file a claim.

Damaged items or damaged packaging may require a reshelving fee of up to 15%, which will be evaluated upon receipt.

If we have made a mistake with your order we will ship your correct order right away and arrange for UPS/FedEx to pickup any items that were mis-shipped and need to be returned.

Custom pouches can not be returned.  This includes slot punching.  We CAN NOT accept returns on any pouches that have been punched with a slot.  Please be sure to carefully select the correct edge for your slots.  If you have questions, just let us know.  We're happy to assist.

Shipping

We ship same day if order is received by 1pm PST (or next day) by the method you select during checkout.  Most orders ship via USPS or Fedex Ground and will arrive in 2-5 business days.  We do not ship on weekends. See our shipping page for more information on costs and time in transit info.

Coupons

We accept coupons on our site.  You may enter them into the box in your cart during checkout.   You may sign up for our weekly email specials and receive $10 off on your first order. (see lower left of page for signup box).
