2010-12-29 Ishbel L. Fellowes seems to make some very nice looking machines. I was attracted to the design and knowing the name Fellowes has been around a long time made me feel more confident in buying a laminator by them. After trying this laminator I decided to go with the Banner American laminator. For one it's made in the USA and I think we should all be supporting that. But more importantly, when I used the Fellowes laminator with a carrier it did not heat up enough to laminate the document. I even set it to laminate a 7 mil pouch using a 3 mil pouch and it still left the document looking rather crappy. They say you don't need to use a carrier, but I know from experience its always best for your laminator.
