General Shipping Info

We ship most orders via UPS.  Ground shipping is our standard mode of delivery but you will be presented with other quicker options upon checkout.  See chart below for delivery time to your area.  Any Free or Discounted Shipping offers will be shipped via our selected carrier.  All order received before 1pm PST M-F will be shipped the same day.  Other orders will ship the next day.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping is based on order amount.  FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $55.  Acceptions may apply for certain roll laminating machines, we will notify you before your order ships.  In the event we must charge handling we will notify you before processing your order.  Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will see shipping fees during checkout. 

Expedited Shipping

We can ship any order using overnight, 3 day or other expedited shipping method.  Please place your order and contact us by phone for additional shipping options.  We will quote you exact charges for your shipping based on your selected shipping option. Some of our machines may need to be drop shipped from the manufacturer which may effect delivery time.

Shipping Custom Orders

In order to give you our lowest pricing on custom orders we may charge shipping separate or itemize shipping in our quote but include it in the pricing.

Ship Via Your Own UPS Account

We can ship your order using your own UPS account so that you are billed directly the actual cost of shipping.  If you select this option during checkout you will not be charged any shipping fee during checkout.  Please contact us by email or phone with your UPS account number so that we may ship your order.

Ship Via Another Carrier

If you have an account with another shipping carrier and wish to use your account we are happy to do so.  If you select this option during checkout you will not be charged any shipping fee during checkout. Please contact us by email or phone with your FedEx or other carrier account number so that we may ship your order. 

If you do not have an account but would like your order shipped via FedEx, USPS or other carrier we can accomodate that.  We will get a rate quote and bill you separate from your order for shipping fees.

Estimated shipping time to send laminating pouches to Indiana, Illiniois, Michigan and Texes is 4 - 5 business days

Estimated shipping time to send laminating pouches to California or Nevada is 2 - 3 business days
